Engagement with Ecometrix Solutions Group, LLC begins upon signing a service agreement or proposal. All deliverables are outlined in said agreement.
Invoices are due upon receipt or as specified in the contract (Net-15/Net-30). Late payments may result in a pause of services.
Upon full payment, the client owns all creative assets produced. Ecometrix Solutions Group, LLC retains the right to use the work in our portfolio unless a proper NDA is signed.
